FeedbackAttwood Marshall Lawyers was founded in 1946 and is the Gold Coast's largest law firm. The firm provides diverse services covering everything from simple everyday legal needs to the most complex requirements of individuals and business. Attwood Marshall's team of senior lawyers includes Law Society Accredited Specialists with the track record and professional experience to get the job done fast - and get it right. This site provides information about the firm and access to a range of online services. Each year the Law Societies for the States of Queensland and New South Wales certify a small number of lawyers as Accredited Specialists. Before a lawyer may become an accredited specialist he or she must first practice as a solicitor for a period of not less than five years and in that time gain extensive practical experience in the area of the chosen speciality. The candidate for specialist accreditation must, after demonstrating eligibility, then enroll in a Law Society supervised Specialist Accreditation Program. These programs are supervised by Specialist Accreditation Boards (one for each speciality) that are composed of pre-eminent legal practitioners each relevant field of speciality. The boards are charged with the duty of setting admission criteria and examining candidates. Attwood Marshall Lawyers was founded in 1946 and is the Gold Coast's largest law firm.
